I will review our eight step home staging
process while walking through the home as a
buyer would and gather those all important
first impressions.
If time allows, I will give you a quick
demonstration of the difference home staging
makes by transforming a room of your home. I
will give you the photos to use in your
marketing efforts.
We will end the proposal based upon the
amount of work needed to gain a speedy sale
and the highest dollar amount for your home.
A $50 credit will go towards any future
staging service.
Half Day of Home Staging Redesign
This is a service for those homes that just
need a little extra attention and expertise
or are less then 2000 square feet.
Hidden Visions will be working from our
eight - step Action Plan. In the
consultation, we began to make dramatic
transformations to the main areas of the
home. Hidden Visions will bring in
accessories to complete the look of each
room, take great photos for your agents
marketing efforts, and give you a visual of
what to purchase.
Full Day of Home Staging
This service is for homes that just need a
little more attention and expertise or are
over 2000 square feet.
We spend a full day making dramatic
transformation to your home.
You won’t believe the difference a day can
make. You will walk away with a show ready
home, photos for your agent and visuals of
purchases you can make to complete the look.
Open House staging weekend or a New Listing
This is a great service that will make a
lasting impression for your open house.
A Hidden Visions consultant will spend two
full days prior to that weekend transforming
the house into a buyers dream. The
consultant will be working with a detailed
Hidden Visions action plan (included) that
will be given to the home seller to complete
the transformations at the end of the
session.

Shopping Services
